Merck required a digital refresh to balance scientific credibility and human connection, and this effort was led as Creative Director. The UI/UX strategy was directed to enhance navigation, ensure accessibility, and create an intuitive experience for healthcare professionals, patients, and partners.

At the same time, the site’s voice was shaped through copywriting, making complex content clear and engaging. The focus was on aligning every detail with Merck’s mission of delivering life-saving innovation with clarity and integrity.
